- Pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 egg yolks (room temperature)
- Softened butter (for greasing the molds)

9. Bake at 500°F (260°C) for 10-15 minutes until a caramelized crust forms. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (180°C) and bake for 1 hour.
10. Remove from molds and cool completely before serving.
