2.  Heat the whipping cream and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

3. Add vanilla extract and dissolved gelatin to the cream mixture, stirring until well combined.

4. Remove from the stove and pour into four 130 ml (4.4 oz) molds. Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 5–6 hours.

5. To serve, dip molds in boiling water for up to 1 minute, unmold onto plates, drizzle with jam, and garnish with fresh berries.
