How to make chocolate chunk hot cross buns?

1. Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a large bowl.

8. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).

9. In a bowl, combine flour and water to form a thick paste. Transfer the paste into a piping bag fitted with a small 3 mm tip. Pipe crosses onto the buns.

10. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

11. Brush the buns with warm apricot jam immediately after taking them out of the oven.
