- 1 cup (340 g) honey
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the icing:
- ⅓ cup (65 g) butter, room temp.
- ½ cup (140 g) cream cheese, philadelphia
- 1½ cup (280 g) powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Roll Pancake Recipe
Make the dough:
1. Melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter has melted, pour in the milk with sugar. As soon as the sugar dissolves, remove the pot from the stove and mix in the dry yeast. Let the yeast stand for 5 minutes to activate.
2. Combine the flour and salt in a separate bowl, then beat in the eggs. Once well mixed, incorporate the yeast mixture that has slightly cooled. Begin kneading the dough with your hands, working it for 8-10 minutes until it forms a cohesive and smooth mass. If the dough appears too sticky, add a bit more flour as needed.
3. After kneading the dough, transfer it to a generously greased large bowl and allow the cinnamon bun dough to rise. After 1 hour, knead the dough once more and let it rise for an additional 20 minutes.
For the bun filling:
1. Gently melt the butter over low heat. Once removed from the stove, blend in the honey until the ingredients form a smooth mixture.
2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Preparation of cinnamon buns:
1. Roll the dough on a floured surface (use less flour for softer cinnamon buns). Once rolled out, brush with the honey butter mixture and generously sprinkle with cinnamon sugar according to your preference.
2. Roll the dough into a log and slice into 5 cm thick rounds.
3. Place baking paper on the tray and position the buns with ample space between them. Allow the dough to rise for an additional 15 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
5. Once the oven reaches 356°F (180°C), bake the buns without using the fan function to maintain their softness. Bake the cinnamon buns for approximately 20 minutes or until they achieve a light brown color.
Preparation of cream cheese frosting:
1. Melt the butter on low heat and then set aside the pot to cool slightly.
2. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese with powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until a smooth mixture is achieved. Lastly, incorporate the cooled butter and mix once more until smooth and creamy.
3. Once the cinnamon buns are baked, generously spread the buttercream frosting over each bun.
